The Company

FUSTIL is a private company specialized as a contractor supplier in heat treatments of finished and semi-finished materials. Operating since 1999, the company is equipped with several furnaces for heat treatments of metals in controlled atmospheres: carburization, carbonitriding, austempering, nitriding and vacuum brazing treatments. All the furnaces feature modern, computerized control systems equipped with analytical equipment able to measure: temperature parameters, %CO, %CO2 and estimate, through the use of our software, the carbon potential in relation to the temperature and the CO and CO2 percentages. In order to make the manufacturing process more reliable and to optimize the treatment techniques, FUSTIL is internally equipped with a metallographic laboratory enabling us to check, for variations in results, following the heat treatments performances.

The company is accredited with the following certifications: UNI ISO 9002, ISO 14001 certified by IMQ n° 20574-20575, VISION 2000 and ISO TS 16949. The treatments most commonly performed are: hardening; tempering; vacuum brazing blowing out in nitrogen; nitriding and nitrocarburization in controlled atmosphere; carburization, carbonitriding and austempering in controlled atmosphere.

The company is equipped with its own means of transport for the delivery and the withdrawal of the materials to handle. In pressing cases, withdrawal and delivery can be done every day.
